jQuery Plugin: Facebook Wall
Der Name ist Programm, dieses jQuery Plugin ermöglicht es die Facebook Wall eines Benutzers, einer Seite oder einer App auf einer beliebigen Website anzuzeigen. Das Aussehen der Wall orientiert sich in der Standardversion am Facebook Look’n'Feel und kann per CSS ganz einfach angepasst werden. The name says it all, this jQuery plugin allows you to display the facebook wall of a user, a page or an app on your own website. Möchte “Facebook Wall jQuery Plugin” gerne in meine Joomlaseite integrieren. Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich dies am einfachsten machen kann.

Please make sure the access token you use for the plugin contains only permissions to read your stream. If you use a token with write-permissions everybody can post news in your name.

Error validating access token: Session does not match current stored session. This may be because the user changed the password since the time the session was created or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
@John:
If you use our plugin, you have to generate your own access token. This message looks like you used the access token from the demo page with copy’n'paste. For security reason it was neccessary to renew this one.
I get this message “….has not shared any information.”
@Mike: Wir arbeiten gerade an Version 1.2.8 – diese beinhaltet ein Caching der Ergebnisse. Zum Testen war neosmart.gmbh kurzzeitig statisch – jetzt funktioniert die Demoseite wieder ganz normal.

I’m trying to retrieve posts from the “review” app of a fan page by forcing graphURL and setting it to “http://graph.facebook.com/6261817190/reviews” where 6261817190 is the app reviews ID.
But it seems to retrieving posts from all the reviews app in Facebook.. is there a way to get only the posts from the fan page i need? in this case the page id is 161192340584869, but i can’t append both codes (page id and app id) to the graphURL.
How can i solve this?

dear guys, as you update your pluagin for new facebook authentication (it requires access token for public feeds) there’s one step I do not understand: when I generate an access token from your site, I use my FB account and your FB app.
Is this access token unlimited or does it have an expiration? Does it have other limits? (limited query per minutes or so on…).
We would like to use your plugin in a site that has many visitors (thousands a day).

Just wanted to say that thanks a lot for this, it is very very useful, but just wondering if it would be possible for the user to leave comments on the wall.
Right now you can choose between displaying the comments or not in the wall, but you can’t leave a comment, just like you can in Facebook.

when I try to upload the plugin to wordpress and try to activate it, I get an error that says “The plugin does not have a valid header.” any ideas?
Is there a way to allow users to comment a post in this Wall Plugin and notjust read it?
Tolles Script und genau das was ich gesucht habe. Jedoch fehlt mir die Möglichkeit einzelne Posts zu liken oder zu kommentieren. Kann man da etwas machen?

ich habe mir einen Token(read_stream,offline_access) selbst erstellt. Nun hab ich leere einträge. Bei Tokens mit Ablaufdatum ist alles super.
I can read/write in German too, but it seems like more people are writing in English. Basically, my access token keeps expiring. How do I make it so that facebook allows neosmart to access my wall without me having to update my index file every two hours?

ich hab den Fehler grad selbst gefundenn , aber lieben Dank.
Die Höhe war im Menü bei Joomla falsch eingestellt
@Andre: Das Problem mit der Meldung ist bekannt, das ist leider eine Limit seitens der Facebook Graph API. Das lässt sich eigentlich nur vermeiden, indem man keine Liveabfrage macht, sondern das Ergebnis in einer Datei cacht und dann in regelmäßigen Abständen (z.B. alle 30s) neu generiert. Den Access Token kan man direkt auf unserer Demo Page generieren. Einfach bei Facebook einloggen und dann auf “Generate Access Token” klicken.
@Maja: Hallo Maja, von “Haus-aus” hat die fb.wall keine Limitierung in der Höhe. Wahrscheinlich erzeugt dein Plugin eine feste Höhe. Schau dir mal das CSS, ob der Root Knoten eine feste Höhe hat. Alternativ kannst du hier auch mal einen Link posten

Ich habe aber mal eine Frage, kann ich, und wenn ja, wo die Höhe verändern ?
ich habe die wall super in joomla eingebunden, die wall erscheint aber in einem ca. 500 * 500 px großem Fenster.
Ich hätte das Fenster aber gerne länger nach untern, also Höher.
Geht das ?

SOLVED: I was using the wrong access token. I just used your demo page to generate a new access token (after logging into facebook with the correct account).

Thank you for this sweet plugin. It works great for Facebook pages but I’m having real trouble getting it to work with a regular Facebook user account.
To test it I changed the security settings for the Facebook profile to “Everyone” for all options. Then when I check my fbwall plugin it’s not pulling any posts in. Even when I create a new post (set to be visible by ‘Everyone’) it still doesn’t show up.
The only posts that are coming through are a few shared sites that were added externally i.e. not made via the normal Facebook post form but by an external web page ‘share’ button (I think).
Any ideas on how I can get this to work? Thanks a lot.
I am not getting anything when I post a wall from a company, it was working yesterday but now it returns nothing. Any Idea?

Is this a new thing Facebook have introduced to limit app requests per minute or something? Is there any way round it?

meine Frage ist zwar schon öfter hier aufgetaucht, aber noch ohne Lösung.
Ist es möglich, dass der User auch über die eigene Seite zurückschreiben kann? Oder auch Kommentare und Likes über den Stream einbringen kann?

Is there a parameter for controlling the dimensions of an image within a wall post (not the user avatar but an actual image such as one that a user has posted or the image that represents a certain link)? It seems the images are much larger than on the actual fb page. Is there a css class or id that could control decreasing the images by a percentage?
